I wanted to give you and your company a big shout out for what you've made with Vision Menu. I would prefer to share as a google review but maybe this will be better hearing straight from me first.

I won't say the name, but if you've used a menu before, you already know it. I was in a rut with the company and felt like they just assumed that they were entrenched enough into all dealerships that they didn't need to improve with the times. I was having trouble getting my payments to match with our Dealertrack DMS and there was no communication with RouteOne. I spent hours making tickets to try to get some fixes, and the support constantly wanted examples. Well, to get an example, I had to be within a deal. I could never call support and wait for them to fix while a customer is sitting across from me. So, I constantly found myself using workarounds, instead of fixing anything. Thats just not my style though. I pay money for this software, and I wanted it to be right.

Then, we found vision menu. Wow! I can't say enough about this system. Its customer points are way better that what I'm used to. The rating is spot on. The integration into dealertack is flawless, and the best part is the integration into route one. I love being able to pull a contract and credit app from route one having it signed either remotely or in dealership, and then sending it back to route one. It happens faster than scanning a paper into route one for funding. Plus, there's no way to miss a signature, and if I need a contract from a product or for the bank, I don't have to go to the deal room and look. I can just hit print, and its right there for me. No funding delays! Super easy to use! I've even had an 80 year old customer sign remotely, and she didn't even ask one question. I was worried that the tech may not be for her, but she breezed through it. She asked me when car buying became so efficient. She loved it! Vision menu has improved pvr, customer satisfaction, and my stress level. So glad we made the change, only wish we would have done this sooner!

Also, this system is pretty customizable. I've only changed a couple things so far, but that has been super easy as well. Derek is the man when it comes to helping me with changes. I don't even know what his voicemail sounds like. Every time I have called, he answers. No endless recording that forces me to listen to a prompt message then hit 8 then hit 2 then hit whatever to get to a voicemail. None of that at all. I call his direct line and he answers!! What a concept, right? He jumps on, usually right then, and fixes what I called about. If by chance, he needs to call me back, he does. Everytime! And, exactly when he said he would.

I would recommend vision menu to every dealership thats tired of the same old corporate software that doesn't think they need to be competitive anymore.

Thank you for the follow up! Honestly, we are adjusting pretty well, and we are loving some of the main feature changes with the new menu. The remote presentation feature has helped us secure extra products and that is amazing to say the least. I had an issue with my Vision Menu not being able to pull up any information under my login I sent in an email to support and was lucky enough to get Conen Maina to help me. The issue made me very nervous because I had two customers waiting to do paperwork. I was expecting to not get a response for a while, it was fixed so fast I had no lost time on a very busy Friday. We have recently switched to using vision Menu and the support I received from Conen made me feel very very good about the switch out dealership made to vision Menu. I just wanted to make sure someone knew about the great customer service.

Vision Menu has been a game-changer for us. It helps provide quick and accurate costs on extended warranties, GAP, other ancillaries, making it incredibly easy to manage. The integration with DocuSign ensures that all documents are signed effortlessly. Plus, the ability to print and email all signed documents to our customers has streamlined our process significantly. One of my favorite things about Vision Menu, is how user friendly it is for both you as the FNI Professional and the customer. It is easy to pull and customize your presentation to fit in with your style of presenting and offering the potential vehicle protection agreements! The ability to have videos and brochures available to be uploaded for each product is a very nice feature for the customer who "wants to see it", and not just "hear it" come from you. The bullet points before the brochures help make different protection options much easier for customers to understand. The ability to customize the products and options to fit the customers needs makes this a great tool to use! The contracting side of this is very fluent and easy to load up and sign. If you have any issues (I have only had 1 in 6 months!), the support team gets right on it and is very responsive to make sure your issues are addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend Vision Menu to anyone who is looking for an easy to use, yet thoroughly detailed menu presentation! You are getting a great product, as well as a great support team!

VisionMenu’s single signing ceremony, which includes RouteOne forms integration, has greatly increased our speed on deals due to the fact that we don’t have to keep logging into different portals for different signings anymore. Now we just need to simply desk our deal and push to our DMS and RouteOne to generate the necessary paperwork, and from there we push all paperwork to Vision for eSigning. It has made eSigning a completely seamless and hassle-free process and saves us about 10 minutes on every deal we do.
